Unnecessary Legislation... If somebody is a registered Sex Offender, runs for office... and wins... really, let the community decide... if his opponent cannot just say "My esteemed colleague is a registered sex offender" and win the School Board Election... the RSO deserves to win. I don't know how I feel about the verdict in Pennsy's hate crime case... I support the underdogs and the defendants... but when the underdog is the victim....
A bunch of white kids beat the sh*t out of a Mexican and got off... Kudos to their defense team... but I am a little loathe to think of the arguments to the jury...
The MPRE was not that hard!!! If your Mom is in the jury pool, excuse her or recuse yourself!!!

Rhode Island is banning bedroom negotiations to avoid comparisons to Nevada. People in their bedrooms should have a level of freedom/privacy not afforded in "free America".
